CDS Changes June 2025

A major release of CDS will take place on 14 June with a wide range of declaration validation changes and fixes taking place. See the HMRC trader guidance below for technical details.
HMRC has advised of a planned outage of CDS from 2130 on 14 June until 0600 on 15 June to make these changes.
On 28 June the CDS Automatic Licence Verification Service (ALVS) for Northern Ireland declarations will move to CERTEX. This will impact declaration completion rules for Northern Ireland SPS goods. See the attached HMRC guidance below.
